Nitinol Engineered Components
Shape-set nitinol, specialty alloys, electropolishing, heat-treatment, and finishing. Tightest-tolerance work for structural heart, peripheral, and neurovascular implants.
NPX 02
Laser Cutting & Welding
Wet and dry tube cutting, flat sheet cutting, on/off-axis, precision welding. ±0.0005″ tolerance on Rofin StarCut and Femto systems.
NPX 03
Advanced Catheter Technologies
Catheter shaft assembly, braiding and coiling, complex tip forming, and integrated sub-assembly — engineered to scale from prototype through commercial production.
