In the Twin Cities, our 120,000+ sq. ft facility with multiple Cleanrooms, a bio-simulation lab, prototyping capabilities, full adaptive manufacturing labs, and quality inspection testing – enabling prototype to production.
The Cartago, Costa Rica Nextern Facility spans 50,000 sq. feet with vertically integrated processing for fully kitted and sterile packaged products supporting end-to-end manufacturing.
Our facility in Ben Cat, Vietnam spans 55,000 sq. feet with prototyping support, injection molding, quality and inspection, and full electro-mechanical assemblies.
The Nextern facility in Shenzhen, China is 25,000 sq. ft, specializing in electronics, automation, supply chain optimization, electrical test systems, and adheres to APEC.
